**Job Title**: Creative Designer & Video Content Specialist (Digital Marketing)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually compelling graphics for social media posts, ads, websites, and other digital platforms using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar software.
- Create engaging video content, including editing, animations, and motion graphics, for marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Develop and adapt designs and video content for various formats and platforms, ensuring consistency in quality and messaging.
- Stay updated on design trends, video production techniques, and best practices in digital marketing to produce cutting-edge content.
- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Work closely with the content and social media teams to ensure cohesive visual communication.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably in digital marketing or related fields.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent).
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video editing work.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
