As a Scrum Master you will need to be highly motivated as you guide and support the new Agile teams. You will control the processes that the teams engage with on a day to day basis, across multiple locations. Working alongside the Product Owner you will need to motivate your team with proven leadership skills, making sure that the teams operate effective Agile methodologies.

**Key responsibilities: -**

Lead multiple Agile teams on Agile methodologies with a servant leadership style - Leading by example Organise and execute software team training, mentoring and Agile Sprint Ceremonies - Assessing the Scrum maturity of the team and organisation and caching them to higher levels of maturity
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog - Removing any impediments, guiding teams to solve problems and using mistakes for as a development tool

Experience: 10+ Years Scrum Master experience in a software driven environment, ideally banking or a similarly regulated environment Very strong communication skills Experience in coaching / mentoring Familiarity with all Agile practices, service orientated environments and software development practices. Certified practitioner to enable and train teams on the best Agile practices Experience in in other Agile approaches such as Kanban and XP would be desirable Background as an engineer/developer, tester or business analyst desirable
- Desirable Skills: - Software Development Lifecycle techniques
- JIRA / Git / Bitbucket and using Pull Requests - Strong testing methodology and experience (ideally in HP ALM) - Splunk / integration with Netcool - UNIX command line, Perl and shell scripting - SQL Scripting
- Ability to quickly build relationships across multiple teams
- Ability to share information, transfer knowledge & expertise to team members - Good visualization skills
- High analytical capabilities
- Ability to grasp new concepts You will be:
