**Client Engagement and Communication**:

- Cultivate enduring client relationships, comprehensively understanding preferences and project requirements.

**Project Management**:

- Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timely and quality delivery of interior design services.

**Customization and Personalization**:

- Tailor design solutions to clients' unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

**Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving**:

- Address conflicts promptly, ensuring a smooth and trouble-free project flow.

**Client Education**:

- Educate clients on design trends, materials, quality comfort and processes for informed decision-making.

**Upselling and Cross-selling**:

- Identify opportunities for additional design services, collaborating with sales and design teams. Get additional orders or top up orders for the company from same customer (share of walled).
- Should act as a bridge between customer and project manager, site supervisors, artisans, Mistry, cost (quotation creators).
- Should be coordinating with Sales team after the (Drawing Team) order pickup, Reporting to BDM.

**Feedback Collection and Improvement**:

- Gather client feedback to enhance service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement.

**Collaboration with Design and Sales Teams**:

- Ensure a seamless client experience by collaborating effectively with internal teams. Is a bridge between (customer expectation and workman on site).

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate project documentation and generate reports on project status and client satisfaction. Regulate speed of the project as required according to sops.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and refine marketing strategies.

**Negotiation Skills**:

- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills for pricing, terms, and project specifications.

**Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools**:

- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage client relationships, and streamline communication.
- Sundays might be full working days as per customer requiment at site.

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
