As a Front Office Executive at Pradham Dental Clinic, you will be the face of our clinic, responsible for providing exceptional service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. Your primary role will be to greet patients, answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage patient records efficiently. Additionally, you will coordinate with the clinical staff to ensure timely patient flow and assist in billing and payment processing.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

3. Schedule patient appointments efficiently, considering the availability of dentists and patient preferences.

4. Maintain patient records accurately, including personal information, medical history, and treatment plans, while ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.

5. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow, minimize waiting times, and address any scheduling conflicts or emergencies.

6. Handle billing and payment processing accurately, including insurance claims and cash transactions, and provide assistance to patients regarding billing inquiries and payment options.

7. Stay updated on clinic policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to patients and visitors.

**Qualifications**:
1. Any degree from recognized university
