Dr. Sivanagini Dental Clinic, a trusted name in dental care in Kondapur, Hyderabad, is hiring a proactive and enthusiastic Dental Tele Caller. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads generated through ads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring excellent patient communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential patients.
  • Follow up on leads generated from online and offline advertisements.
  • Book and confirm appointments, ensuring proper scheduling.
  • Explain treatments, services, and answer patient queries over the phone.
  • Maintain and update patient records in the system.
  • Coordinate with the dental team for smooth patient flow and follow-ups.
  • Maintain high levels of courtesy, professionalism, and accuracy in every call.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
  • Prior telecalling or customer support experience is preferred (especially in a dental or healthcare setting).
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with appointment booking systems.
  • Must be organized, self-driven, and comfortable working with targets.
  • Minimum education: Intermediate or higher.
