**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company.
- **Expert in GEM tendering, experience in service sector will preferred**:

- Prepare The Tender Eligibility Criteria Check List.
- Responsible for updating all spreadsheets, databases and company sales records and to produce reports as and when required.
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
- To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation.
- Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.
- Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle.
- The position requires that tenders and business proposals meet all relevant specifications; are in line with the most recent research available and best practice; and are compliant with client requirements.
- Preparation of BOQ and cost sheets, submission of quotation, negotiation and finalization of rates
- Refining the cost sheets in ERP as per discussion with projects team to enable smooth indenting of materials
- Creating Client Invoices
- Must have knowledge of all Tender Documents, Letters, Knowledge of Government departments, sectors etc.
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation, tender reviews and deadlines,
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at a time.
- Graduate, good communication skills, good in computers.
- Must have exposure of handling government tenders, can bring new business through tenders to the company.
- Well versed with document controlling, Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT, MIS Report, Excellent Written & Verbal Communication IN ENGLISH.

**Salary**: ₹144,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
