We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as **Telecaller for our Outbound /Inbound US Process**. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our online services to potential customers in the United States.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the United States.

2. Introduce and promote our online pharmacy services, highlighting key features and benefits.

3. Provide information about prescription medications, pricing, and discounts available through our platform.

4. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

5. Ensure accurate and detailed recording of customer information and interactions in the database.

6. Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for outbound calls and conversions.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience of minimum 1 year as a Telecaller in outbound process. Pharmacy experience will be preferred.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an American accent.

3. Ability to handle objections and effectively persuade potential customers.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

6. Flexibility to work in shifts to accommodate US time zones.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communication or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in outbound telesales or customer service is highly desirable.
