Position: Guest Relations
- Apprentice.
Location: Mumbai.
Experience level: Fresher.
Reports to: Restaurant Manager.

**Job Description**:

- Greet customers and welcome them to the venue
- Manage reservations and waiting lists
- Provide accurate wait times
- Escort guests to their tables or bar areas
- Manage guest feedback when they leave
- Coordinate with wait staff about seating
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Cater to special requests, such as for children or the elderly
- Answer phones and address guest reservation queries.

Skills required:

- Proactive and professional attitude
- Good English communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Flexibility
- Basic math and computer skills
- Attention to details.
