**Job Description: Storytelling Teacher**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and engaging Storytelling Teacher to join our team and inspire individuals to harness the power of storytelling for personal, professional, and artistic expression. As a Storytelling Teacher, you will play a crucial role in helping students develop their narrative skills, ignite their imagination, and captivate audiences through the art of storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver dynamic storytelling curricula designed to cater to a diverse range of participants, from beginners to experienced storytellers.
- Teach the fundamentals of effective storytelling, including story structure, character development, plot arc, conflict resolution, and engaging dialogue.
- Instruct on various storytelling mediums, such as oral tradition, written narratives, digital media, and visual storytelling.
- Guide participants in identifying their unique voice and storytelling style, encouraging authenticity and creativity.
- Conduct interactive workshops and exercises that allow participants to practice storytelling techniques, enhance their improvisational skills, and build confidence in their delivery.
- Share insights on adapting stories for different audiences and platforms, including public speaking, presentations, podcasting, and writing.
- Explore diverse genres and cultural storytelling traditions to provide participants with a broad perspective on narrative techniques.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages participants to share their stories and receive constructive feedback.
- Utilize multimedia tools and technology to enhance storytelling experiences, including audiovisual aids and digital storytelling platforms.
- Collaborate with other instructors or experts in related fields, such as acting, writing, and communication, to offer interdisciplinary insights into storytelling.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of narrative techniques.
- Proficiency in crafting compelling stories across various mediums, including oral, written, and visual formats.
- Excellent communication skills, both in teaching and storytelling, to engage and captivate diverse audiences.
- Prior teaching, workshop facilitation, or coaching experience is advantageous, particularly in the realm of storytelling.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and participant backgrounds.
- Enthusiasm for fostering creativity, imagination, and self-expression through storytelling.
- Keen attention to detail to provide constructive and insightful feedback on participants' storytelling performances.
- Openness to exploring and incorporating multimedia tools and digital platforms in storytelling instruction.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 2-4 per week

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

- DJing: 1 year (preferred)
