Photography Trainer

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and inspiring Photography Trainer to join our team and guide individuals in developing their photography skills and creative vision. As a Photography Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in helping students explore the art and techniques of photography, from capturing captivating images to post-processing and storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive photography curricula catering to students with varying levels of experience, from beginners to advanced enthusiasts.
- Teach fundamental photography concepts, including camera settings, composition, lighting, exposure, and framing.
- Instruct on various photography genres, such as landscape, portrait, macro, street, and documentary photography, to provide students with a well-rounded skill set.
- Guide students in post-processing techniques using software like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, emphasizing color correction, retouching, and enhancing image quality.
- Share insights on storytelling through photography, helping participants convey emotions, narratives, and perspectives through their images.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages participants to share their work, exchange feedback, and learn from each other's experiences.
- Stay updated on emerging photography trends, equipment, and software advancements to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
- Utilize multimedia tools and resources to enhance photography instruction, including visual aids, interactive platforms, and online communities.
- Collaborate with other instructors or professionals in related fields, such as visual arts and digital media, to offer interdisciplinary insights into photography.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated expertise in photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills across different genres.
- Proficiency in using various types of cameras, lenses, and photography equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, to convey photography concepts effectively.
- Prior teaching, workshop facilitation, or coaching experience is advantageous, particularly in the realm of photography.
- Passion for fostering creativity, self-expression, and visual storytelling through photography.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and participant backgrounds.
- Keen attention to detail to provide specific and actionable feedback on participants' photographic work.
- Openness to exploring and integrating technology and multimedia tools in photography instruction.
- Strong organizational skills to design curricula, lesson plans, and teaching materials.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
