**Objective**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the front-end sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and sales agreements.
- **Client Coordination**: Manage and respond to client inquiries, providing detailed information about products and services.
- **Order Processing**: Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and follow up with internal teams to ensure product delivery.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update customer relationship management (ZOHO CRM) systems with accurate sales data, customer interactions, and lead details.
- **Sales Reporting**: Generate sales reports and track sales performance metrics to assist the management team in decision-making.
- **Learning and Development**: Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques to better serve clients and support the sales team.
- **Customer Care**: Address post-sale client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Collaborative Effort**: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure cohesive support for sales activities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or backend sales role (2-3 years). Any experience is good experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
