**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including issuing invoices, recording payments, and reconciling statements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparing financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies or errors.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities by providing financial data and analysis as needed.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding billing and payment issues.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance reporting requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as requested.

**Requirements**:

- Associate's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
