**Job Summary**
Our Company is a leading interior and architectural firm based at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. We are also manufacturers of customised modular furnitures which are retailed on pan-India basis.

We are posting this recruitment advertisement for the post of Accounts Executive, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities include keeping a track of the financial transactions, preparing financial reports, reviewing financial statements, preparing accounting ledgers and performing various other financial tasks.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- To work on the finance software installed to record the financial transactions
- To key in the details of the various financial transactions made by the company officials in the software
- To prepare financial statements
- Managing the fixed assets of the company
- To prepare the annual accounts for the company
- To study the financial transactions made by the organization and prepare financial reports based on the available data

**Key Skills**
Good oral and written communication skills, Self motivated, Takes inititative, Ability to work as part of a team, IT and numerical abilities
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in **finance**, accounting, economics, or business administration
- Minimum couple of years of experience of working in a Pvt Ltd company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- accounting & book keeping: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
