Responsibilities:
1. Manage company website and ensure it is up to date with the latest products, prices, and promotions.

2. Monitor orders from various platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit.

3. Check payment transactions and ensure all orders are processed correctly.

4. Coordinate with the warehouse team for order fulfillment and shipping.

5. Work closely with the marketing team to create promotions and improve online visibility.

6. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

7. Collaborate with customer service team to address any issues or inquiries from customers.

8. Keep track of inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.

9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to make strategic recommendations.

10. Help in developing strategies to increase online sales and drive traffic to the website.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in e-commerce and online retail operations.

3. Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and tools.

4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

7. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEO best practices.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

9. Prior experience in managing an online store or website.

10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
