**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Lead Outreach**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s software development and digital marketing services.
- Identify prospects’ needs and propose suitable solutions to generate interest.
- **Pipeline Building**:
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Build a robust pipeline by reaching out to decision-makers in various industries.
- **Follow-ups**:
- Follow up on warm leads to move them further down the sales funnel.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective clients to nurture relationships.
- **Data Management**:
- Document all call interactions and lead details in the CRM system.
- Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of the lead database.
- **Performance Metrics**:
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Analyze call performance and suggest improvements to enhance results.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in cold calling or telesales, preferably in the IT or digital marketing sector.
- Ability to handle objections and effectively close conversations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Resilience and a proactive attitude to meet challenging targets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,222.72 - ₹36,235.49 per month
