**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Reach out to prospective and existing clients to introduce and explain services related to waste management, EPR solutions, recycling, and sustainability practices.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify business opportunities through cold calling, inquiries, online research, and referrals to generate qualified leads.
- **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, update client information, and assist in preparing follow-up documents.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and queries within the CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion goals to contribute to the team's sales performance.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- **Client Engagement**: Ability to engage with clients confidently and persuade them to understand and utilize services.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in industries such as waste management, recycling, or related fields.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
