**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished bakery products.
- Monitor baking procedures to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Implement and maintain food safety standards, including hygiene and sanitation regulations.
- Identify defects or inconsistencies and report them to the production team.
- Maintain documentation of inspections, test results, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with production staff to improve product quality and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Suggest improvements in processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

**Requirements**:
**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BAKERY**
- Previous experience in a bakery or food production quality control role preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, or ISO.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.

- Daily hygiene monitoring,
- FIFO Monitoring
- Personal hygiene monitoring
- Product Core Temperature checking
