**QUALITY CONTROL**

**JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Good knowledge of technical and laboratory equipment/parts.
- Residing or have proximity near Howrah Location, West Bengal.
- Ensuring Calibration of Equipments on timely basis.
- Responsible for executing in-process quality control activities to ensure that the product is manufactured in compliance with established quality standards & regulatory requirements.
- Must be diligent, hardworking and have analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferable from Science Stream/Background (Chemistry & Physics)
- Able to identify, analyze, and evaluate the root cause of Quality issues of products and implement corrective and preventive actions to address and prevent recurrence for zero defect production.
- Operating Laboratory Equipment and ensure effective training in quality control training for plant team members as and when required.
- Report activities and findings of quality issues ,defects, errors etc. to the Management and manage all necessary documentation related to quality control.
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of important activities, including test results, observations, and deviations, as per latest regulatory requirements.
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating processes to identify opportunities for improvement in quality and efficiency.
- Ability to resolve quality issues and handle the product and situation independently as they arise.
- Open to learning new technology and equipment.
- Good understanding of raw materials specifications and usage.
- Perform in-process sampling and testing of raw materials, and finished products according to approved sampling plans, procedures, and specifications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in team and have positive attitude in a multi-tasking environment.

**Required Skill Set**:
Strong understanding of quality control principles, techniques, and methodologies.

**Job Type & Work Location**:Full-time at our Works, Howrah in Person

**Salary **:Best of Industry Norms

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
