Job Description: Junior Graphic Designer

Location: ISBR Business School

Position Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design and branding efforts of ISBR Business School by creating engaging visuals for various platforms. This role involves working closely with the marketing and communications team to design promotional materials, social media content, and internal communication assets that align with the institution's brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

1. **Design and Content Creation**:

- Develop creative designs for marketing materials, including brochures, posters, banners, and social media posts.
- Create infographics, presentations, and other visual content to support academic and administrative teams.

2. **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all designs adhere to the school’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Update existing designs as needed to reflect current branding standards.

3. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors for printing and production of design materials.

4. **Innovation and Trends**:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative outputs.
- Provide fresh ideas for campaigns and branding initiatives.

5. **Feedback and Iteration**:

- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards for all deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in graphic design (internship experience considered).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
