Day-to-Day recording and analysis of stock movements in and from the warehouse to delivery location.
- Maintain all details of service level agreement (SLA) with clients.
- Creating and maintaining reports in Excel & software that allows the customer and company to get periodical information on all the activities in warehouse /Transportation pertaining to their business.
- Creating MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to the concern Department.
- Follow up and collection of POD's with locations and Collect all data from respective persons.
- Submission of POD's and signed trackers to billing department.
- Possess capability of doing Multi Tasks if situation demands
- Manage the security and availability of data services, and measure the performance of MIS in the systems
- Should have deep knowledge of the various formulas of Microsoft Excel, apart from basic formulas like vlookup, sum, countif etc.
- Should be good with MS Office specially Power Point and Word along with MS Excel.
- Downloading data from Systems and mapping the same as per the requirement,
- Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports
- Coordinating with different teams for the data and checking its accuracy.
- Preparing presentations, Graphs and analytical reports.
- Prepare Ad-hoc analysis on operations data upon requests.
- Should be flexible, can work in different shifts and rotational offs
