**Job Title**: Manual QA Tester - Web & Mobile Applications

**Location**: Chandigarh | **Full-Time** | **Experience**: 2+ Years

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain comprehensive **test cases and test scripts** based on user stories
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear steps to reproduce
- Work with developers and stakeholders to ensure defects are resolved
- Perform **regression testing**, **UAT**, and **cross-platform compatibility checks**:

- Validate product performance and responsiveness across devices and browsers
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes

**Objectives of the Role**:

- Ensure products meet **client quality standards** before release
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver **high-quality software on time**:

- Drive **user-centric testing** by focusing on real-world use cases
- Maintain strong documentation and QA reporting for all test efforts

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in **manual software testing**:

- Strong understanding of **SDLC**, **STLC**, and **test case design**:

- Experience testing across **mobile platforms (iOS & Android)** and **web browsers**:

- Knowledge of tools like **JIRA**, **TestRail**, or similar
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented mindset and a passion for quality assurance

**Good to Have**:

- Exposure to **API testing** (Postman)
- Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum** workflows
- Experience with **cross-browser and responsive testing tools** (e.g., BrowserStack)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
