**About Us**:
Connect2Learn is a rapidly growing EdTech startup providing academic and non-academic programs to learners globally. As we scale, we're looking for a hands-on **Accountant** who can take full ownership of our financial operations, from GST and tax filings to PF, ESIC, and international accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end accounting for the company
- Handle GST, TDS, tax filings, and all statutory compliances
- Maintain and manage PF, ESIC, and employee-related financial records
- Track inflows and outflows, prepare P&L, balance sheets, and financial reports
- Ensure accuracy in books and timely compliance with government filings
- Independently handle company accounts, including vendor payments and reconciliation
- Experience with international accounting, including foreign invoicing and forex transactions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (startup experience is a plus)
- Proficient in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and general accounting principles
- Strong skills in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting tools
- Prior experience managing international accounts is mandatory
- Excellent attention to detail, self-driven, and able to manage workload independently
