**Position** : Cafe Partner

**Age Requirement**: 18 to 30 years

**Qualification**: Minimum 10th grade pass

**Skills Required**: Basic English (speaking and reading)

**Salary Structure**:

- Initial Salary: 16,000 INR (in-hand) per month for the first 4 months.
- Increment of 1,000 INR after 4 months.
- Further increment of 2,000 INR after an additional 10 months.

**Benefits**:

- Employee State Insurance (ESI).
- Monthly Incentives based on performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generating cafe orders.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the cafe.
- Managing cafe stock arrangements.
- Packing food items for delivery or takeout.

**Shift Timing**:

- Rotational Shifts:

- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
- 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Day Shift only, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM (9-hour shift)

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
