The last 2 decades have seen an increasing disconnect between industry and academia - this has resulted in academia not meeting industry standards and thereby students becoming unemployable. Skill-Lync is a Y-Combinator (2019) start-up that is solving this problem at scale leveraging technology and an ecosystem of industry experts, engineer-trainers, and offline centers.

To be a part of the knowledge management team and engage in understanding the product in detail. Work closely with the Content / Product team on course launches & on preparing training materials. Serve as a Knowledge SPOC from L&D and assist the team with real-time information.

**Responsibilities and Requirements**:

- Create simplified and specialized training materials for the Sales team - Product, Communication & ProcessReview the current training materials and share inputs to upgrade the same.
- Create effective content month on month for the TNI/TNA/DNA Inputs received.
- Need to work with the Technical Support team to understand the technicalities of the product i.e content, software used number of projects, nature of projects
- Need to understand the requirements of Product trainers w.r.t products, training, etc
- Assess the New Hire Product Trainers on Product Knowledge.
- Create and drive **MSV** (Minimum Skill Verification)/**PKT** (Product Knowledge Test) & Share identified gaps with the team.
- Administer **LMS** with regards to the content.

**Key Attributes**:

- Strong communication skills and creativity
- Knowledge of Addie & Content Creation - Should be Intermediate/Expert level in PPT
- Intermediate/Expert - MS Office, especially PowerPoint - be able to come up with professional & interactive presentations.
- Create a Knowledge Base and update ArticlesStrong attention to detail
- High level of motivation and initiative
- Content Creation Software’s Moodle/Articulate 360 etc., Adobe Photoshop/Flash - Good to have
