**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Curate, edit, and schedule content across all social media platforms.
- Source user-generated content (UGC), client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage from stylists.
- Work with the creative team to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with stylists to highlight services, seasonal trends, and featured products.
- Monitor beauty trends and competitor content to inform strategy.
- Assist in managing a content calendar aligned with promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Track content performance and optimize based on engagement analytics.
- Ensure proper crediting and permissions for any third-party or UGC content.
- Write captions, blog entries, or newsletter blurbs that align with the brand voice.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing—preferably in the beauty, fashion, or wellness industry.
- Strong eye for design, photography, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Canva, Later, Hootsuite, Instagram, TikTok).
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and salon industry best practices.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
- Familiarity with SEO and blogging platforms like WordPress.
- Passion for haircare, skincare, or personal wellness.
