Job Description

An Organizational Learning Specialist is responsible for creating a knowledge library that caters to the learning needs of senior leaders. This role requires strong research and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong research and analytical skills are required to analyze data sets and reports to identify key insights and trends.
  • Self-starting individuals who can work independently with minimal supervision are preferred.
  • Understanding of knowledge management practices and ability to curate content from various sources is essential.
  • Primary research and interviewing skills are required to gather information from senior executives and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with subject matter experts to understand learning needs and create relevant learning materials.
  • Conduct secondary research to collate relevant information for business requests.
  • Interview senior leaders and external experts to gather insights and information.
  • Analyze data sets to drive storylines and create relevant business insights.
  • Deliverables include well-structured storyline MECE top-down content in the form of written reports, PowerPoint decks, videos, and learning modules.

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent degree.
  • 1-5 years of experience in market/competition research.
