Dept : Curation & Discovery

Discovery Team as an Associate. This role will offer exciting opportunities to work and

showcase the creative and design thinking talent.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Trend research, Competition Mapping and Social Listening
- Stakeholder management.
- On-time Style Approvals and delivery of inputs for platform refreshes.
- Creating seasonal forecasts and calendars for the next season, basis the research and

target audience.
- Reviewing the Curations and making sure to float trend-forward selection.
- Cross Collaboration with the Shoot & Styling team on trend and look guidance.
- Exploring current gaps to create trend related ideation / decks on gap fulfillment.
- Vendor guidance on creating styles basis season forecast.
- Trend guidance to Tech team to enhance customer experience by helping in training the

AI Model.
- Understanding the performance metrics and taking actions accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Should have excellent trend knowledge and Styling skills.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Good presentation and Excel Skills.
- Time Management and Prioritization of tasks.
- Must be from a Fashion background.
- Should have at least 2 years of experience.
- Should be confident and bold enough to have a point of view.
- Quick learner.
