We are Tally Xcellerator for West Bengal and manages the Tally Partner EcoSystem in terms of resource on-boarding. Currently We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and knowledgeable Tally Product Trainer to join our team. As a Tally evangelist, you’ll develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on our Tally products and services. Your mission? Empower our users to maximize their understanding and utilization of Tally’s powerful features. If you’re passionate about teaching, have a deep grasp of our products, and can create engaging learning experiences, read on Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and maintain up-to-date training materials. Think presentations, workshops, webinars, e-learning modules, and user guides—all with a Tally twist Your creativity will shine as you craft content that resonates with learners. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions for diverse audiences. Whether it’s new hires, existing employees, customers, or partners, you’ll be their Tally guide. Your superpower? Making complex concepts feel like a walk in the digital park. Needs Assessment: Analyze training needs. What do our learners crave? Identify knowledge gaps and tailor training programs accordingly. You’re the Tally detective—solving the mystery of effective learning Evaluation: Assess the impact of your training initiatives. Use feedback surveys, quizzes, and performance metrics to fine-tune your approach. Continuous improvement is your mantra. Product Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve Keep tabs on new product releases, features, and updates. Incorporate these gems into your training materials and sessions. Collaboration: Team up with cross-functional squads (product management, sales, marketing) to ensure alignment between training content and business goals. You’re the bridge builder—connecting Tally knowledge to real-world success. Qualifications: Education: At least Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Commerce Graduates will be given preferences. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in product training, instructional design, or a related role. Product Knowledge: Proven expertise in our industry and a strong understanding of our Tally products and services. Skills and Traits: Passion for teaching. Clear communication. Time management. Creativity. Problem-solving.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
