**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging training programs on Tally Prime for employees across various departments.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, demonstrating key features and functionalities of Tally Prime.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed.
- Assess training effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure maximum learning outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Tally Prime to continuously enhance training materials and methodologies.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs and develop training schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
- Tally prime knowledge is must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
