Trainer - Tally & GST

**Location**:Training Centers in Howrah, Hooghly, and 24 Parganas

**Salary Range**:₹16,000 to ₹20,000 per month

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) from a recognized university / CA Inter Qualified.
- Fluent in Bengali and Hindi.
- Thorough knowledge of computers and proficiency in MS Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Tally training sessions across our training centers in Howrah, Hooghly, and 24 Parganas.
- Design and deliver comprehensive Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime training modules tailored to the needs of learners with varying levels of expertise.
- Provide practical and theoretical knowledge of all features of Tally, including accounting, inventory management, GST, tax filing, and payroll management.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate the progress of learners, providing feedback and additional support as necessary to ensure their success.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in Tally software and accounting practices to incorporate them into the training programs.
- Collaborate with the training center staff to plan and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Ensure a positive and productive learning environment for all participants.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, along with expert-level proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime.
- Excellent teaching and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. ∙ Ability to develop and implement effective training strategies and materials.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
