**Responsibilities**:
**Contract Proficiency**
- Understanding of business and legal interpretations of contract T&Cs
- Proficient in working with Domestic & International Law
- Proven ability to manage complex / sophisticated commercial agreements
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of independence on contract negotiations
**Supplier Onboarding & Compliance**
- Create and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with suppliers.
- Register new suppliers in the SAP Ariba system, ensuring accurate and complete data entry.
- Maintain the Ariba Contract Repository, ensuring all contracts are current and properly archived.
**Order Management**
- Create contract orders in Ariba and manage the Adobe Sign process for approvals.
- Gather requirements from suppliers as needed to support contract and sourcing activities.
- Solicit quotes from vendors
**Procurement Operations**
- Create purchase requisitions and ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
- Validate and follow up on cost allocations to ensure accuracy and proper budget alignment.
- Monitor and confirm that all supplier payments are processed accurately and on time.
**Engagement**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and facilitate smooth operations.

- Comfortable with prioritizing multiple demands (with the help of stakeholders and based upon understanding of business impacts), and executing tasks with due urgency to ensue business risks are mitigated
**Education and Experience requirement**:
Minimum BE degree in software engineering, computer science, Information systems, supply chain, or related field
Procurement experience 7-10 years (with specific IT Procurement experience 5+ years)
**Language/Communication**:highly proficient in English & able to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders on routine basis
**System familiarity preferred**:Ariba, ServiceNow, SAP
