About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Specialist to join our procurement team to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, manage end-to-end procurement operations, and optimize our Source-to-Pay processes in our fast-paced SaaS environment. This role will be instrumental in managing diverse procurement categories while ensuring operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction. Shift Time: 6 PM to 3 AM IST What You'll Do: - Execute complete Procure-to-Pay lifecycle from requisition to payment reconciliation and optimize procurement workflows and processes for efficiency and compliance - Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices on hold - Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with strategic vendors and suppliers - Ensure compliance with terms and conditions, SLAs, and regulatory requirements and collaborate with legal team on complex contract terms and risk mitigation - Maintain contract repository (CLM) and manage renewal cycles - Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple categories like Marketing, Software and Corporate Meeting - Lead RFP/RFQ processes and vendor evaluations. Conduct market research and supplier analysis - Partner with internal departments (Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR) - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration on procurement requirements - Provide procurement guidance and support to business stakeholders - Present procurement strategies and outcomes to senior leadership - Manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously within defined timelines - Implement process improvements and automation initiatives - Track and report on procurement metrics and KPIs - Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures What You'll Need: Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field - 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in SaaS/technology industry - Proven experience in Source-to-Pay processes and systems Technical Skills - Proficiency in procurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement) - Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities - Experience with ERP systems and integration processes - Knowledge of contract management systems - Familiarity with SaaS business models and technology procurement Core Competencies - Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated cost savings achievements - Understanding of technology, marketing, and professional services markets - Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines - Data-driven approach to decision-making and vendor evaluation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to influence and collaborate across organizations Bonus Points: - Professional certification (CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent) - Experience in fast-growing SaaS companies - Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry benchmarks #LI-VJ1 Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: - Remote-friendly and flexible work culture - Market leader in compensation and equity awards - Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs - Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge - Paid parental and adoption leaves - Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role - Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections - Vibrant office culture with world class amenities - Great Place to Work Certified across the globe CrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
