**Role objective**:
To ensure that quality protocols are maintained in Factory.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure quality control activities of the unit as per laid down protocol, for in-coming RM/PM, in-process & final product(Finished Goods).

2. Maintenance of ISO 22000:2018 management system of the unit.

3. Manage entire Documentation related to FSMS/QMS/Verification/Validation and other as applicable

4. Handling of the Customer complaints of the unit and carry out RCA & CAPA.

5. Ensuring quality function requirement are completed in time and sharing results for SAP recording

6. Ensure GMP/GHP in warehouse & follow-up for closing of audits finding.

7. Generation and maintenance MIS system of the unit as per laid down protocol.

8. Take part in the various trials for product & process improvement as per the guidelines.

9. Conducting process capability study and other process improvement activities using TQM tools.

10. Imparting training to educate the shop floor employees on GMP/Food Safety/FSSC 22000 requirements/ FSSAI requirements.

11 Any other activity which will be communicated from the corporate team from time to

1. Graduate in science background, Food Tech - B. Tech or equivalent

2. Knowledge of quality and food safety requirement including FSMS requirements

3. Good leadership quality and analytical capability

4. Proficiency if Excel, Power Point & word. Knowledge of SAP preferred.

5 Communication skills, ability to grasp new concept and implement.

**Desired experience Level & qualifications**
- Experience in Food Industry with Minimum 2 + years

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
