Overview:
As a Machine Operator in the sanitary napkins manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the production machinery used in the manufacturing process. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the production line, meeting production targets, and maintaining product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Machine Operation**: Operate and monitor the production machinery used in the manufacturing of sanitary napkins, including but not limited to, converting machines, packaging machines, and quality control equipment.
- **Production Monitoring**: Monitor machine operations, production output, and quality parameters to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- **Machine Setup**: Set up the machinery for production runs, including adjusting machine settings, loading raw materials, and ensuring proper alignment of components.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular quality checks on the produced sanitary napkins to ensure they meet the specified quality criteria, including dimensions, absorbency, and visual appearance.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance tasks on the production machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following lockout/tagout procedures.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate production records, including machine logs, production reports, and quality inspection records, as required by company policies and regulatory standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with other members of the production team, including supervisors, technicians, and quality control inspectors, to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost savings in machine operations, and contribute to the implementation of improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- **Machine Operation Skills**: Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the hygiene or personal care products industry.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Basic understanding of mechanical principles and machine operation principles, with the ability to troubleshoot common equipment issues.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and quality orientation, with the ability to consistently produce high-quality products according to specifications.
- **Safety Consciousness**: Commitment to following safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
