**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English: Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential since the primary mode of communication will be over the phone.

- Patience and Empathy: Patience and empathy are crucial for handling customer inquiries, complaints, or objections professionally and effectively.
- Customer Service Skills: Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices to provide satisfactory solutions to customers' issues or concerns.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as talking to customers, entering data, and accessing information.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to think quickly and come up with solutions to address customers' needs or resolve their concerns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Making Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients to promote products or services, follow up on inquiries, or conduct surveys.
- Receiving Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers, address their queries, provide information about products or services, and assist with problem resolution.
- Following Up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any outstanding issues or concerns.
- Adhering to Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations while interacting with customers or handling their data.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through training sessions, workshops, or self-learning to improve performance and effectiveness as a telecaller.
