Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for connecting with people? We're on the lookout for a talented Telecaller to join our team and become the voice of our brand. As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and promoting our products/services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate engaging conversations with potential customers through outbound calls.
- Address customer inquiries, providing accurate and compelling information.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting products/services with enthusiasm.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

**Essential Skills**:

- Exceptional communication skills to convey information effectively.
- Patience and empathy in handling diverse customer interactions.
- In-depth product knowledge to build credibility and confidence.
- Strong time management skills to meet call targets efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
