We are looking to hire the Group CFO for the group who will report into the CMD and Director Finance and oversee the entire finance function for the Group.
**Key job responsibilities would include-**
- Management/Leadership oversight of the entire finance function of the group
- Determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate continuous process improvements to ensure we implement best practices
- Analyse and manage the Group companies' assets, liabilities and investments.
- Effective Working Capital Management -Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable.
- Ability to make effective presentations to the stake holders, interact with finance and to management teams globally,
- Developing business plans and strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realize organizational goals.
- Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected actual results and implementing corrective actions
- Managing the timely preparation and presentation of statutory books of accounts, financial statements and annual reports, ensuring conformance to regulatory accounting standards.
- Prepare and present Financial forecasting & performance reports to Management / Board of Directors
- Ensuring timely filing of returns such as TDS, Sales Tax, Excise, Service Tax and Income Tax as per the relevant acts & interfacing with Tax Auditors and regulatory authorities for assessments and remittances.
- Preparing funds flow and cash flow statements to monitor the inflow & outflow of funds and ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of corporate goals.
- Ascertaining the fund requirements.
- Plan and perform risk management and timely risk mitigation actions.
- Determine and manage finance KPIs.
- Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, commercials, purchase department etc.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- CA with 20 + years of experience
- Should have managed a business size of INR 2000 + Cr.
- Should have prior experience of interaction with the Board/Management.

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
