Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and brand recognition.
- Lead and inspire the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and optimize multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a CMO or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
