**We are hiring Senior production in charge for our factory located at Panavally.**
- **Production Management**:Manage all aspects of furniture production, including work-related activities and planning.
- **Production Planning**:Develop and execute production plans on a daily, monthly, and proposed date basis to meet demand and goals.
- **Production Monitoring**:Monitor production to ensure alignment with planning schedules, casting parameters, and productivity targets.
- **Safety and Environmental Compliance**:Prioritize safety and environmental considerations in all production activities.
- Maintain discipline in the factory to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:Lead and develop production teams, including workers.
- Foster skills development among team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree /diploma in a relevant field.
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in modular furniture manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
