Factory Foreman

Lamtain is a custom light design and manufacturing company, since 1989. We are currently looking for a reliable and hands-on leader with a knack for managing teams to join our team as factory foreman / floor manager.

What you'll do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the factory floor

• Coordinate production schedules and manage workflow

• Supervise our team of skilled workers at different stages of production

• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols

• Coordinate with design and project teams to bring custom lighting concepts to life

What we're looking for:

• Prior experience in a supervisory or foreman role, ideally in metal manufacturing

• A background in mechanical engineering or related technical field (preferred)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Ability to manage timelines and motivate a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Perinjanam, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• foreman: 3 years (Required)

• Malayalam (Required)
