**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the lubricant oil industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- **Product Promotion and Market Awareness**:
- Conduct presentations and training sessions for customers and distributors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product offerings, and technological advancements in the lubricant oil market.
- **Sales Strategy and Reporting**:
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to expand market share.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
- Monitor competitor activities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Negotiation and Closing Sales**:
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers and distributors.
- Close sales deals and ensure timely payment collection from clients.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to achieve business goals.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
