Super Industries is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with at least one year of experience to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential and existing clients.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas set by the management team.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Stay updated on industry developments and sales techniques to ensure consistent performance.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to close deals effectively.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the sales field.
- A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
