**About the Company**

Sporting Syndicate was founded in 1962 and is now the No.1 Sporting Goods manufacturers and exporters in India. We produce a wide range of products like Footballs, Basketballs, Rugby, Training Equipment, Sportwear-Apparel etc. We also have our developing brand called Synco Sports which is based in India.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Quality Assurance team and help us improve our technical and manufacturing operations. The officer will be reporting to our Garments section and assist in improving our athletic-wear business. Some of the role requirements include:

- To inspect and improve mistakes in the production line
- Have understanding about Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Total Production System (TPS) and Kaizen techniques
- Assist and guide the production manager on how to improve their operations

**About you**:

- Having a strong previous experience in Quality Assurance
- Have an eye for detail
- Understand the need to manufacture high-quality products
- Previous experience in Fashion/Garments industry is highly-desirable

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quality assurance: 3 years (required)
