**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Welcoming Guests**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Escort guests to their tables, ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed.

**2. Reservation Management**:

- Handle table reservations via phone, online platforms, and walk-ins.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and seating arrangements.

**3. Seating Coordination**:

- Manage seating charts and efficiently allocate tables to maximize space utilization while ensuring a smooth flow of service.

**4. Customer Interaction**:

- Address guest inquiries and provide information about the menu, specials, and promotions.
- Assist in resolving any guest concerns promptly and courteously.

**5. Ambiance Management**:

- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Coordinate with staff to maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere in the restaurant.

**6. Support Team Members**:

- Collaborate with the serving and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Assist in special events or large party arrangements as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience: Prior experience in a hostess or front-of-house role in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada is a bonus.
- Personality: Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
