**ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- 1- E-Bidding- To provide the training to the new vendors before bidding.
- Conduct E-bidding and send mail to vendors about time and date of bidding.
- Create the event and follow up with all vendors to do acknowledge.
- To monitor until E-bidding closed.
- 2- Bids- To receive request from buyers for bids mail. Validate and revert to the same.

- Vendor payment list- Setting the control framework along with procedures from Source to Pay within broad policies and principles.
- To validate the VPL and download the documents of corporate related payments.
- Ensure and support that financial controls in payment is stable.
- To review VPL and approval the payment.

**4**
- Consolidate payment- Validating the payment request received from payment team. Remove block and send approval. Ensure the approval is available of HBPC of 50 lac and above payment.
- 5- P block remove- Receive request from payment team to remove P block.
- VPL P block remove to make the payment process smoothly.
- 6Payment hold analytic report
- Payment hold report give clear picture of payment held during the month.
- Compile the VPL data of current month.
- Receive foreign payment and IST BO payment hold data from payment team and IST BO team respectively to make the report.
- Mapping the summary report to track it easily.

**6**
- L.C payment- To validate the payment request and send approval.
- 7- Foreign payment- To validate the payment request and Sent to IG team if payment related to CAPEX. Ensure approval from business controller as payment is above 10 lacs.
- 8- NFA ( Note For Approval)- To Validate NFA and discussed with my reporting manager and provide approval on behalf of HOD.
- 9- Forex Deal and Swap Deal- Forex Trade and Swap deal confirmation reports are prepared and shared with respective bank

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**

**Educational Qualifications & Certifications**:PGDM in Finance or equivalent / ACCA (Pursing)**Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience**:Having 4.2 total years’ of experience. More than 2 years’ experience having as an Internal Auditor**Functional Skills**:

- Sound knowledge of Finance,.
- Deep understanding of Analysis to make the process smooth.
- Should have knowledge of strategic integration / direction for the business function within the organisation
