**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for use across multiple social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive social media aesthetic consistent with brand identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, social media best practices, and platform algorithm changes.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement metrics.
- Generate creative ideas for social media content, promotions, and campaigns.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure visual content aligns with written messaging and objectives.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media content, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and experience with web design is a bonus.
