Principal Accountabilities
- Create visual content for various platforms, including print, digital media, and social media.
- Design marketing materials, such as brochures, banners, posters, and advertisements.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Use graphic design software and tools to create high-quality visual assets.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate content for social media platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments.
- Analyze social media metrics to assess the success of campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates in social media algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals

Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
- Proven experience as a graphic designer.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in social media marketing.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
