## What will you be doing?
- Own product marketing initiatives for a new product line - product copy, branding, positioning, collaterals & social media handles
- Strategize and execute product communication - ensure new and existing customers are made aware of product features + value prop - through videos, landing page, FAQs, blog posts,training materials and articles
- Map customer touchpoints and ensure value prop and product communication are aligned
- Own product release communication across launches
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at awareness/conversions/customer delight - establish metrics and measure ROI of campaigns
- Develop immersive and structured training materials for customers
- Develop marketing plan and strategy for customer engagement, awareness and conversion across channels
- Develop region specific marketing and communication plan targeting customers across US, Europe and Middle East
- Setup Marketing Automation campaigns to improve conversion rates/reduce the sales cycle
- Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
- Obtain insights into customers usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys and focus groups
- Take part in Product demos and understand customer persona. Develop marketing campaigns catering to different user persona
- Perform Market Research and be on top of industry trends
- Represent the firm at in-person/virtual events and pitch the product to prospective customers
- 4+ of experience in Product Marketing. Preferably in SaaS
- Working experience with US/European customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders - Product, Design, Sales to achieve marketing objectives
- Power user of Social media platforms - Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
- Exposure to Marketing automation tools
- Self starter with strong analytical skills
