Profile Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and data-driven CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our customer

relationship management strategies. This role is central to enhancing our interactions with customers,

maximizing engagement, and driving customer loyalty. The CRM Specialist will work closely with our

sales, marketing, and customer service teams to streamline processes, improve the customer experience,

and support revenue growth through effective use of CRM data.

Location: Indore

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1-2 years experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Customer Communication
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction & Timely Response
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

Required skills:

- Good verbal & written communication skill, English fluency, additional in Hindi
- Good Teamwork capabilities and Coordination with other teams
- Able to manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Computer Knowledge must.
- Negotiation skills
- Strong follow-up skills
- Experience working with manufacturing companies (preferred)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge or certifications in manufacturing processes, industrial engineering, or product

management is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,380.93 per month
