**Description**:
The **Marketing Generalist** role is a blend of creativity and strategy, responsible for executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and optimizing performance through data analysis. This role involves managing multi-channel initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Campaigns**: Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- **Content Creation**: Develop compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
- **Social Media Management**: Grow and manage social media presence to boost audience interaction and visibility.
- **SEO & SEM**: Implement strategies to enhance search engine visibility and maximize paid ad performance.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- **Collaboration**: Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to align marketing strategies.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- 4 to 6 years of proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in B2B or SaaS industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, etc.).
- Strong writing and content creation abilities.
- Experience with SEO/SEM strategies and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
